Edward-Veneziale-LaFata-Contract-Services

Edward Veneziale

Executive Vice President, Philadelphia Operations

Edward Veneziale is the head of our Philadelphia Operations and Business Development, strengthening client relationships and growing our service delivery platform. He is a high performing and results-focused leader with more than 30 years of experience in Project & Construction Management, Long Range / Business Planning, P&L Management, Engineering, and Strategic Leadership. Prior to joining LCS, he served in multiple leadership positions with PECO and Exelon Generation including Director of Project Management and Key Manager of Investment Strategy. He has his PMP Certification and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University.

Stephen Goad

Executive Vice President, Utility East Operations

Stephen Goad leads operations and development in our Maryland region. With strong leadership skills and an incredible breadth and depth of electric utility experience, Stephen Goad is a well-rounded program and project manager, engineer, and public and customer relations expert. Prior to joining LCS, he was the Director of the Transmission and Substation Department with Baltimore Gas & Electric. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Finance from John Hopkins University.

 
 

Albert Alford

Senior Vice President, Baltimore Operations 

Prior to joining Lafata Contract Services in 2022, Al acquired forty years of utility experience with Baltimore Gas & Electric Company in various Leadership & Engineering positions in both technical and project/program management, transmission, substation and distribution engineering, and environmental and chemical engineering. With extensive capabilities with project planning & scope development, risk management, design and engineering processes, team development, procurement & contracting strategies, and financial management, Al is a positive team builder with proven leadership skills mentoring, coaching, and developing employees and peers. He holds a BA in Geography from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County.

Shipra Sharma

Senior Vice President, Washington DC Operations

Shipra Sharma oversees our growing footprint serving clients in the Washington, DC region, overseeing existing project delivery and building client relationships in the region. She is a proven utility industry leader with profound experience in Engineering, Project Management, Distribution Automation, and Advanced Metering Infrastructures. In addition, she has deep knowledge of environmental compliance, remediation and environmental liabilities. She has her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is pursuing her Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Andrew Bradbury, P.E., D.Eng.

Program Manager

Andrew Bradbury, is a dynamic manager overseeing successful multi-channel programs. He is a leader with over 15 years of experience evaluating and implementing revised processes to balance program requirements and needs. Prior to LCS, Andrew Bradbury was with Greeley & Hansen and Granite Construction. He holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology from Temple University; an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville; and a Doctor of Engineering Management from George Washington University.

Tim Clark

Program Manager

Tim Clark leads our gas programs with a constant emphasis on quality, data, and community and customer service. He launched our client’s long-term infrastructure improvement program and has guided the gas team through unprecedented program growth. Prior to joining LCS, Tim Clark worked in project and construction management with Agway Petroleum, Penn Fuel Gas, Columbia Gas Transmission, PG&E, and Picarro. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

 
 
LCS-Team-Adam-Stradler

Adam Stadler

Program Manager

Adam Stadler oversees our Project Management group and leads our electric programs while also fostering trusted relationships with our customers and mentoring employee growth. He joined LCS in 2008 and continues to lead in project management, in the expansion of our organization, in the development of new service teams, and in customer support. Prior to joining LCS, Adam Stadler was a project and design engineer with Patrick Engineering and C&D Associates. He has a BS in Industrial Technology from Millersville University.

Todd Thayer, CPA

Controller

Todd joined LCS in 2019 to oversee our financial management, accounting, and tax management processes. He has over 15 years’ experience in financial management and tax services. Todd has his BS in Finance from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Kira Wright

Vice President of Internal Operations

Kira Wright leads internal operations for LCS overseeing administrative operations, human resources, proposal development, and facilities.  She joined LCS in 2016 with previous experience in executive leadership, operations, business development, human capital, and management consulting. She has her BA from the University of Pittsburgh.
