Program & Project Management
We manage all components of large-scale utility projects including planning, designing, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and inspection. Our oversight responsibilities cover the project life cycle from inception to completion.
Construction Management
Under our Construction Management services, we are responsible for managing the installation phase of the project, performing constructability reviews on engineering designs, and monitoring construction contractors and staff during project execution.
Project Engineering
Our Project Engineering teams coordinate scope definition and the routing, review, and turnover of engineering deliverables. In addition, they perform constructibility walk downs and provide overall engineering support to the entire project team.
Project Commissioning
Our highly experienced Field Engineering team oversees the correct and safe performance of all electrical equipment. They are tasked with construction project planning involving critical work, outages, substation commissioning, and records documentation.
Outage Planning
Our Work and Outage Planning professionals are responsible for all aspects of outage planning including ensuring that all transmission & distribution outage-related tasks are scheduled. As experts, they guide efficiencies within and across projects.
